Before establishing Expect the Best Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast, Ben had for 13 years (in Sydney) been personally mentored in Termite Control by his Father- Les Herbert and Grandfather -Harry Herbert (each a termite guru of his time), and each imparting a wealth of experience in Termite management.
Ben freely imparts his wealth of knowledge and has personally been responsible for training some of our most qualified and senior level personnel to date. Training and mentoring dozens of Expert Termite Technicians. He has vast expertise in Termite management and Training of field technicians as well as the ability for developing & recruiting top performers to his team.
Ben is low key yet very purposeful and takes a common sense approach that is based in extensive knowledge, ongoing learning and years of hands-on experience.
Over 26 years of being witness to the devastating and often heartbreaking effects of termite damage caused to too many a battlers home. Ben has a particular concern for home owners and is passionate about seeing that all home owners are protected from the perils of termite attack
Always a family man, Ben and his wife Flo moved to the Sunshine Coast with their 5 Children (including Triplets) and now with his eldest son Jordan (being the Fourth generation Pest controller), the family tradition looks set to continue.
